nuvy reads the price feeds Stylevana and YesStyle publish, every day. Over 7 weeks, from August 24, 2026 to October 15, 2026, this is what the prices of the same listings did: how often they moved, by how much, and how long a lower price lasted.
The short answer
- At Stylevana, 64% of the 200 listings nuvy followed for 28 days or more changed price at least once, and 44% were at some point 10% or more below the price nuvy first saw.
- At YesStyle, 59% of the 142 listings nuvy followed for 28 days or more changed price at least once, and 34% were at some point 10% or more below the price nuvy first saw.
- A lower price lasted a median of 3 days at Stylevana and 4 days at YesStyle before the price changed again.
- When a price went back up, it typically rose by more than it had dropped — 6% down and 17% up at Stylevana; 6% down and 9% up at YesStyle.

Medians. "Typical drop" and "typical rise" are the size of one change, not of a sale from start to finish. "Today" is October 15, 2026, the last day in this record.
What that means when you buy
62% of these listings moved at least once in 7 weeks, and of the lower prices whose end nuvy saw, 90% at Stylevana and 75% at YesStyle had changed again within a week. If a price you were waiting for has dropped, the record says it more often moves on than stays. A listing that has not moved yet is not proof it will not.
None of this predicts a particular product. It describes what these shops' prices did over these weeks, and the next 7 can be different.

How this was measured
- Prices are each shop's shelf price in US dollars, from its own product feed, on the days nuvy read it — before shipping and import charges. A change between two reads is dated to the day nuvy first saw it.
- A listing is one product at one shop, kept only while it is the same listing nuvy maps today.
- Only listings nuvy followed for 28 days or more are counted, so that a product added last week does not read as one that never changes.
- BuyBeautyKorea is left out. Its prices reach nuvy as an occasional manual export rather than a daily read, so a short sale there would be invisible, and counting it would report "never changes" about a shop nuvy did not watch daily.
- "How long a lower price lasted" runs from the day a drop was seen to the next change nuvy saw. A drop still in place on the last day is not counted.
